Experience the Difference
Community-Crafted Connections
All groups are facilitated by experienced disability staff. They are a great opportunity to be involved in a structured social program within a safe and non-judgemental environment. We aim to increase social development and to foster an inclusive and creative culture, to actively participate in the community.
Parents have the opportunity to receive resources and advice on strategies relating to issues that may be of concern with a carer support environment. Through attending a regular group both parents and children are able to build a supportive network of both formal and informal supports.
Our groups

This group will be creating builds based on the Olympics. The kids will be focusing on bigger builds with a set brief for them to work with creating their builds around. The Lego builds are degisned to be semi structure to allow creative control.

Future Ready: Thursday, 4:30-5pm
Future Ready will cover identifying the different relationship types that exist and specify how a friendship looks different to acquaintance, or a work relationship, or a romantic relationship. Partakers will have the opportunity to identify and differentiate between the different relationship types by examining body language. This term will explore what information can be gained about the relationship between people through their body language such as personal space, assertive communication, attraction, consent and welcomed/unwelcomed touching (including sexual touching and sexual abuse) in public and private spaces.

In honor of National Carers Week 13-19th October, we’re excited to share that we will be hosting to a special bouquet-making workshop just for you!
We know how hard you work, and this is our way of saying a heartfelt ‘we’ve got you’. It’ll be a wonderful chance to unwind, enjoy some time with fellow carers, and take home a beautiful bouquet you’ve created yourself.
This day is all about celebrating and appreciating you. Please join us so we can plan something truly special!
